ISA Immigration + Recrutement is an expert firm in international recruitment, staffing and immigration, structured in four departments: recruitment, employer compliance, immigration and relocation, reception and integration of newcomers. It is made up of a multidisciplinary team of 35 employees who have expertise in human resources, immigration law, logistics and social and professional integration.

Our holistic and pragmatic approach leads us to find concrete, tangible and lasting solutions to current labor issues. Our international staffing strategies aim to counter labor shortages, staff turnover, under-qualification and the erosion of the sense of belonging by placing competent personnel who speak French and who are open to the world and to others.

With 8 offices abroad, agreements concluded with several governments and recruiters present on the ground, in trade schools, professional institutes and employment centers, we have access to the best candidates. Our process of pre-selection and verification of diplomas, professional and academic background and level of knowledge of French is a guarantee of quality.

With ISA you will have access to French-speaking employees. We guarantee a level of French 5 for general jobs and 7 for skilled trades according to the Quebec Scale of French Skill Levels for Adult Immigrants as published by the Government of Quebec.

With more than 800 placements made in 18 months, ISA is one of the largest recruitment and placement agencies for temporary foreign workers in Eastern Canada and is among the leaders in terms of French-speaking labor.

ISA counts among its shareholders a Consul and multilateral negotiator with the United Nations Organization and its technical agencies, the representative of the chiefdoms of French-speaking Africa with the Organization of American States and the World Intellectual Property Organization and a medal from the Governor General of Canada.

All our files are handled either by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, member of the College of Immigration Consultants of Canada, or a lawyer. We support immigration candidates in their work permit, study permit or permanent residence process. The firm specializes in economic immigration.
